Jennifer Lopez embraced futuristic fashion for her latest stint on the red carpet.
The multi-hyphenate made a jaw-dropping arrival at Elle’s 2023 Women in Hollywood celebration in Los Angeles on Tuesday night. For the star-studded occasion, the “Let’s Get Loud” singer opted for a molten silver-blue breastplate from Grace Ling’s Spring/Summer 2024 ready-to-wear collection. The completely backless piece was sculpted to Lopez’s chest, shoulders, and décolletage, with the armor cropped short enough to show a slight hint of underboob and to flash her abdomen. She paired the statement top with a floor-length black skirt with a scooped waistline and a skintight silhouette.
To complete her look, Lopez wore black satin platform pumps, curly crystal chandelier earrings, and an elegant black clutch from Tyler Ellis.

Lopez’s husband, Ben Affleck, joined her on the red carpet for the evening. He looked dashing in a black velvet suit composed of a double-breasted blazer and straight-leg pants. The Air director additionally wore a plain white dress shirt, a black tie, and black leather dress shoes.

Lopez is gearing up to release her ninth studio album, This Is Me … Now. In a recent interview with Bazaar, the performer opened up about her excitement for the project.
“This is a deeper look into who I am and the personal journey that I’ve been on to arrive to where and who I am today, which is a happier and more confident, more accepting place,” she explained. “It’s about accepting yourself for all of the beautiful scars that you carry with you, and loving every part of them all the same.”
